Shipping Policy:

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.

Free standard shipping on all US orders over $150. We have a flat rate shipping cost for orders under $150. International orders, shipping cost depends on location. Orders will be processed in 1-2 business days if your order is received by 4:00 pm EST, depending on product availability. Orders received after 4:00 pm EST will be processed on the next business day.

Privacy Policy:

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, or subscribe to our newsletter. When ordering or registering on our site, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address or mailing address. We do not store any credit cards on file.

Estimated Delivery Dates:

We do our best to give you the most accurate delivery time for your packages. Once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information included in your shipping confirmation email. Please track your shipments, as Pretty Woman Closet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
